Meets twice a month at Apex House, Ulverstone and conducts a minimum of one walk each weekend, some mid week walks and mulitday trips. Other pursuits such as cycling, kayaking and caving are regularly offered.
We provide support for anyone in Tasmania experiencing suicide loss and community education to enable communities to better understand and support those bereaved by suicide.

The Connect Café provides a space to laugh, smile and share in conversation. These local get-togethers have been shown to provide a major and positive impact on the quality of life of people living with dementia and their carers.
