Since 1986, we have provided service to the West Ulverstone, Ulverstone and Penguin communities. We continue to support programs in our local, national and international communities.

The Central Coast Community Shed offers a safe and social place to come down, meet new people and make some good gear out of wood!

The Penguin Men’s Shed is all about supporting men’s health & well-being by providing men with a social and productive environment that enables them to improve their physical & mental health

Meets twice a month at Apex House, Ulverstone and conducts a minimum of one walk each weekend, some mid week walks and mulitday trips. Other pursuits such as cycling, kayaking and caving are regularly offered.

The Connect Café provides a space to laugh, smile and share in conversation. These local get-togethers have been shown to provide a major and positive impact on the quality of life of people living with dementia and their carers.
