I teach personalised Yoga and Pilates to create optimal health, with some specialist classes such as Yoga for Strong Bones and Yoga for the Immune system. My classes balance stability, mobility and strength as well as providing an enjoyable experience.
I teach small group classes face-to-face and online for Yoga and Pilates, and offer one to one consultations for yoga therapy. I specialise in individualising attention and modifying practices suitable for each individual.
